The Mission Youth Fellowship will be collecting money to donate to the hungry, homeless and chronically food insecure. Please put your donations of any amount in the soup pot! And if you will be running/walking for refugees instead of coming to church, send your donations in with a friend!

Monthly Meditation: We now have the joy of walking and sitting meditation led by the Harmony Sangha (community), which is based in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. We begin at 7:00pm on the third Thursday of every month. Meditation guidance will be offered, no experience necessary! Meditation practice is deeply rooted in many religions, and deepens our connection to life, and the gift of the present moment. "In the present moment, we can be free from regret concerning the past and from fear concerning the future. Happiness isn't possible without freedom. Coming back to the present moment, we are released from our worries, our fears, our regrets, our projects, and our busyness." Thich Nhat Hanh. You are also invited to come early at 6:00 for Outdoor Walking Meditation! Enjoy the beautiful grounds as together we make peaceful steps on the earth and in our hearts. There is a break between walking and sitting meditation, come to one or both, and arrive when you can. You are welcome here.

Weekly "Lunchtime" Meditation:  Weekly meditation beginning Feb. 22nd on Thursdays at 12:15. Guided and sitting meditation in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh for a shortened lunchtime pick me up! Come and re-set your peace button, as "The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it." - Thich Nhat Hanh, Peace is Every Step: The Path of Mindfulness in  Everyday Life

All are welcome!

You have found the website for Christ Church, Easton, CT!  We are a community of all ages who delight in coming together for worship, discussion, food, and fun!  We work to engage ourselves more fully in what it means to be spiritual people, in our time here at church, and most importantly, in the time when we are not in church.  We are always looking for connections from what we get on Sunday mornings to the rest of our lives!

Here we find a place for our children to be a part of a community and learn about their spiritual selves.  It is a place to connect what we are trying to teach them at home about themselves and how to navigate this great big world.  It is a place where young and old share their journey, and reach out to one another.

In all we do, we strive to see God's love for us in each other, and demonstrate that love in what we do in the world.  We are a community that cares deeply for one another, and for many other parts of our greater community and abroad!

Here you are welcome as you are!  There are no expectations that you have ever been in an Episcopal Church before, or can even say why you are here!  That you arrive is answer enough, and we welcome you as we ourselves have been welcomed!

Please join us!Sunday Schedule:

8:00am Rite I

9:00am Bible Study

10:30: Rite II
